Virtual Learning - Reading Pillow

This class will focus on teaching students the fundamental sewing skills required to create a book pillow. Students will learn how to choose appropriate fabrics, cut patterns, and sew straight and zigzag stitches. In addition you will also create an envelope back or learn to put in a zipper.  This class is conducted via zoom and students should plan for about 3 hours to complete this class. 

This book pillow holds a book, e-reader, ipad…. You can put whatever your child uses to read inside the pocket on the front of this reading pillow. Your child can snuggle up in a corner with this comfy pillow and take their book, e-reader, ipad out of the pocket and begin reading.
